This option is designed for runners of all levels that are looking to work with a professional running coach on a more consistent basis, seeking more dramatic results. Both beginner runners and experienced athletes will benefit from the additional, personalized training services provided at this level.

– Month to month with no commitment

– An initial 30-min video or phone call (based on your preference) to discuss current fitness levels + identify short and long term goals

  • Custom training schedule
  • Daily adjustments (if needed)
  • Unlimited email/text fitness consulting
  • Hydration  and nutrition strategy for training and race day
  • Weekly 15-min video/phone meeting to discuss the week’s progress and to make adjustments accordingly
  • 30-minute video conference/phone call at the end of the month to discuss your progress, reassess short-term goals, schedule and the best course of action moving forward
